SEMESTER UNFREEZE

Rules:

 

A student can unfreeze and resume studies in the subsequent semester on or before the last date as published in Academic Calendar and then to make course selection (add/drop) of that specific semester accordingly.

 

Procedure:

In order to request for Semester, Unfreeze, follow the steps below:

1.          From within the LMS, click the Student Services button.

2.          Click on the Semester Unfreeze link

3.          A form showing the Semester Unfreeze history, if any, will be displayed.

4.          Enter the reason for Semester Unfreeze.

5.          Click the Submit Request button. 

(Note: The Semester Unfreeze link will become available after the final term examinations of the previous semester and will remain available up to the closing date of course selection).
