Right to Appeal and Review of Appeal

A student may appeal to The Rector against the verdict issued by the Unfair Means Committee on payment of prescribed fee within seven (07) days after the verdict notification of the Unfair Means Committee.

1. If the initial verdict is reversed, the fee will be refunded.

2. In case the student is not satisfied from the decision of the appeal he/she may lodge a review of Appeal petition on payment of the prescribed fee.

3. The decision of the University shall be final.
