Rules: |
1. Students enrolled in the first semester of their study program are given pre-selected courses. Students may select their own courses subject to the choice of courses in scheme of studies if any and the limitations prescribed in the rules below.
i. For the first semester 16 credit hours are allowed.
ii. For the second semester, up to 18 credit hours [including ‘F’ or ‘D’ grade course(s)] are allowed. However, in certain cases, the University may allow to enroll maximum 21 credit hours.
2. Students who take fewer credit hours than those prescribed in their scheme of studies will require extra semester/s to complete the curriculum.; in such cases, they will also have to bear the additional cost and time. However, students must complete/pass their diploma within the maximum time limit allowed by the University policy.
3. During a study program, students may attempt to improve a course with less than "B" grade.

To select your courses, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Log in to the LMS and click on the Course Selection link.
2. Give priority to retaking courses with an 'F' grade and consider improving 'D' grade courses, where applicable.
3. Select your desired courses by clicking the checkboxes next to them.
4. Click Save to confirm your course selection.
5. You may make changes in course selection any number of times before the last date to add, drop or replace course(s).
