Picture Change in Student Profile

 

Rules:

 

1.    A student may apply for profile picture change, at any time as long as s/he is on the rolls of university, before the issuance of final consolidated transcript.

 

2.   The profile picture will be changed on payment of the prescribed fee, provided the student has paid the security fee. In addition to the prescribed fee, attested hard copy of the photo, declaration on a judicial stamp paper worth at least Rs. 20/- with proper justification and the voucher of the prescribed fee paid is also required.  

 

3.   The University requires 5 working days to update the profile picture after receiving the hard copy of aforesaid documents.

      

(Note:  New photograph must be duly verified by the Gazetted Officer with Name, CNIC No. and Official Stamp.)

 

Procedure:

 

In order to request for picture change in the student profile, follow the steps below:

 

1.   From within the LMS, click the Student Services button.

2.   Click on the Profile Picture Change link.

3.  A form showing the profile picture change history and instructions, if any, will be displayed.

4.   Enter the reason for profile picture change.

5.   Click the Submit Request button and confirm.

6.   An email will be sent at your VU email account for request confirmation.

7.   Confirm the request through the email link.

8.  Pay the Prescribed Fee for picture change. Post/courier the attested hard copy of the photo (passport size), declaration on a judicial stamp paper worth at least Rs. 20/- with proper justification, affidavit on plane paper and the voucher of the prescribed fee paid to Virtual University of Pakistan on the following address:
