Final Transcript

Rules:

1. The first copy of Transcript of Record shall be issued free of cost. .

2. A revised Transcript of Record shall be issued in approved format as per prescribed process and fee after the submission of previous Transcript.

3. Duplicate Transcript of Record shall be issued in case the original copy has been lost / mutilated /damaged; upon request through LMS>>Student Services after fulfilling process as prescribed below:

1. Submit an original Police Report.

2. Submit an original News Paper Cutting.

3. Submit the prescribed fee
