Fee Concession Scheme for the employees of Corporate Sector, HEC Islamabad & MoIT

1. HEC & MoIT Employees:

   The Virtual University will grant 50% concession in tuition fee to the applicants, on the recommendations of the respective organization.

2. Corporate Sector:

   The Virtual University will grant 50% concession in tuition fee, subject to:

   1. Minimum four applicants seeking admission simultaneously in the university, upon official request of a public or private sector organization.
   2. The concession will be offered to such entities only which are duly registered with trade / commerce bodies and have valid sales tax and income tax numbers.

Application Procedure:

The applicants intending to apply for corporate discount will follow the procedure/ instructions given below;

For On-line Admissions:

1. Applicant will select the option to apply for “Corporate Discount”, available at bottom of online admission form.
2. After successful online submission of the admission form, the option to take print out of Corporate Discount Form will display.
3. Applicant will fill-in required information carefully in Corporate Discount Form and get it verified from the authorized / controlling officer of his/her organization.
4. Along with Admission Application Form and Corporate Discount Form , the applicant will also enclose hard copies of required attested documents and submit / send to the University accordingly.
5. After due verification, corporate discount may be allowed to the applicants.

For Off-line Admissions (Instructions for Campuses):

1. While printing admission application form, a link to download Corporate Discount Form will be available on campus portal.
2. Campus Administrator/ Manager will provide Corporate Discount Form along with admission form only on request of the applicant.
3. Applicant will fill-in required information carefully in Corporate Discount Form and get it verified from the authorized / controlling officer of his/her organization.
4. Along with Admission Application Form and Corporate Discount Form, the applicant will also enclose hard copies of required attested documents and submit / send to the University accordingly.
5. After due verification, corporate discount may be allowed to the applicants.
