Convocation

Rules:

1. Convocations shall be held on a regular basis for conferring degrees to graduates who shall have completed the prescribed requirements of their respective programs.

2. The Chancellor shall, when present, preside at the convocation of the University and in his absence the Rector shall preside at the convocation.

3. The date of Convocation shall be notified by the University.

4. The Rector shall invite all the members of the Board of Governors, the Academic Council, Principal Officers and the Faculty.

5. Graduates receiving degrees at the Convocation shall wear the Academic costume to which they are entitled.

6. No graduate shall be admitted to Convocation unless she is in the proper Academic costume available on rent from the convocation venue.
