Acts of Misbehavior

The following acts shall be liable to Unfair Means Regulations and/or immediate cancellation of a student’s paper:

1.   For Student(s) appearing in Designated Examinations Center(s)

Any student who:

1. Creating disturbance of any kind in OR around the examination hall.

2. Misbehavior / Browbeat / Belabor / with the Superintendent / Invigilator / Assistant Superintendent and/or Examination Centre Staff.

3. Refusing to follow instructions of the Superintendent / Invigilator OR refuses to follow the instructions issued by the University in connection with the examinations.

2.  For Student(s) appearing as an Overseas

1. Misbehavior Regulations as prescribed in section (1) above shall also be applicable on student(s) appearing as an overseas.
