Acts of Unfair Means

 

The following acts shall be liable to Unfair Means Regulations and/or immediate cancellation of a student’s paper:

 

1.  For Student(s) appearing in Designated Examinations Center(s)

 

Any student who:

  1. Commits Impersonation OR helping others to impersonate.

  2. Submits forged OR fake document(s) in connection with the examinations.

  3. Possesses any kind of material/ mobile phone/ electronic device, which may be helpful to him/her in the Examinations.

  4. Copies from any paper / book / notes / electronic device OR any other source.

  5. Assist other student(s) by providing / sharing helping material of any form through any means.

  6. Taking help during paper from any one in any form.

  7. Using not allowed software / item(s).

  8. Copying /Transmission / Publication of examination question paper(s).

  9. Mutilates the Answer Book (in case paper was conducted in Offline Mode).

  10. Does anything, which he/she should not do morally or legally in connection with the examinations and which may be helpful to him/her in the examinations.

 

2.  For Student(s) appearing as an Overseas

 

Any student who:

  1. Using an earphone or communication device of any type.

  2. Using hidden remote control / suspicious software.

  3. Intentionally disrupting video or audio hardware.

  4. Unfair Means Regulations as prescribed in section (1) above shall also be applicable on student(s) appearing as an overseas.
